Fertility Systems Investigation

CLINICAL EMBRYOLOGIST. TARGETED TESTING. EVIDENCE-BASED PROTOCOLS. FERTILITY SYSTEMS INVESTIGATION AND OPTIMIZATION
OVAHaul is for women who are done accepting unexplained as a diagnosis.
We pair your functional bloodwork and targeted lab testing with your IVF cycle data, and a comprehensive intake assessment to find patterns across all ten fertility systems. Identifying the "what else" behind fertility.
About Lindsay
I am a Clinical Embryologist and Fertility Optimization Specialist with a Master's degree in Reproductive Clinical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where my graduate research focused on modifiable biologic factors that influence IVF outcomes.
But my path to this work is also personal. After a miscarriage, I was diagnosed with PCOS and told to go on birth control with no guidance and no testing.
That moment changed everything for me. I went deep into the research and today I have a thriving three-year-old who is living proof that this work matters.
OVAHaul was built from that conviction. My goal is to give you clarity, strategy, and genuine confidence.
Three, depending on where you are and what you need. The Embryology Consult is a focused 45-minute session to walk through your embryo grading, cycle outcomes, and lab decisions with a clinical embryologist, one on one. The OVAHaul Analysis goes deeper: a full read across all 10 fertility systems using your existing records and bloodwork, with a personalized roadmap for what to address next. The Full OVAHaul System is the most comprehensive option, adding functional testing across gut, hormones, and environmental load, so you leave with a complete picture and a step-by-step plan. Wherever you start, you're getting time with someone who actually reads your case.
It depends on where you're starting. The Embryology Consult is a single 45-minute conversation, usually within a week of booking, so if you have questions sitting heavy on you right now, relief is close. The OVAHaul Analysis needs bloodwork drawn on day 3 of your cycle first (that timing matters, it's when certain markers actually tell us something), and once those results are in, Lindsay turns your analysis around in 5 to 7 days. The Full System runs longer, closer to 3 to 4 weeks, because it includes deeper functional testing. None of this is designed to make you wait longer than you have to. It's designed to make sure what you get back is actually worth the wait.
Please do, that's the point. Your RE is focused on managing your cycle in real time, and that's exactly where they should be spending their attention. Lindsay's role is different: she sits with everything your clinic already has, plus the systems a standard workup often doesn't reach, and helps you understand the full picture in language that actually makes sense. A lot of patients come to us after a cycle didn't go the way they hoped, not because their doctor did anything wrong, but because nobody had the time to sit down and explain the why. You deserve that conversation. Then you bring what you learn back to your care team, so everyone's working from the same page.
For the OVAHaul Analysis or Full OVAHaul System, you can run your bloodwork through your own doctor, or through our partnership with Altro Health, which accepts HSA and FSA. Whichever route you choose, once your results are in, Lindsay can then begin your analysis.
No. Nothing here is meant to interrupt the care you're already in. Most patients fit this in between cycles, so instead of walking into the next round repeating the same protocol and hoping, they walk in with a clearer sense of what actually needs attention.
Standard fertility bloodwork usually looks closely at one or two systems. OVAHaul is built on the science that fertility is rarely just one thing, so we look at all 10: hormonal, immune, metabolic, mitochondrial, coagulation, chromosomal, gut, thyroid, nutritional, and nervous system. A pattern that looks unremarkable on its own often tells a very different story once it's read against everything else. That's usually where the real answers are hiding.
You'll receive an email from Lindsay, along with an intake form, and depending on the service, a request for your existing records so she can start with everything your clinic already knows about you. From there, the Embryology Consult moves straight to a scheduled session. The Analysis and Full System move into review, any needed testing, and a written report with a clear, tiered plan you can bring back to the people managing your care. You're not left with a stack of numbers. You're left with a next step.
